Wakai Store cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the delay in delivery of an order or by the loss of the same by a courier. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the number of packages received corresponds to the order placed, that the packaging is intact and unaltered. In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing "Reserve for Goods Control" on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or another operator. The customer is required to report any damage within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to the email info@wakaistore.com.
