Shipping Policy

Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery usually takes place within 48/72 hours from the moment the order is processed.

The recipient is constantly updated on the progress of the shipment. Via a link sent via email, he can access a management area, both before and after the delivery attempt, where he can choose up to six customization options.


Two options are activated immediately and automatically:
- Change the expected delivery date: the recipient can choose a new delivery date.

- Choose a collection point between GLS Office and GLS Parcel Shop: the recipient can choose to have the shipment delivered to a GLS Office or a GLS Parcel Shop which are part of the area of ​​competence of the Office that reaches the original destination address .


Four other options are available and are activated only if you request it from your office:
- Indicate an alternative delivery address: the recipient can indicate an alternative delivery address to his own.
- Indicate a safe place for delivery: the recipient can choose to have the shipment delivered to a safe place (garden, garage, balcony) at the same delivery address.*
- Authorize delivery to neighbor: the recipient can choose to have the shipment delivered to a neighbor.
- Refuse delivery: the recipient can decide to refuse the shipment.
