Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and with the tag. Remember to insert the copy of the order or a sheet with the following data indicated inside the package:

Order number
Name and surname of the payment holder

You can return the garment for a different product or a direct refund to the original payment method. The product:

it must not have been used or washed
it must not have suffered any kind of damage
must have the tag attached and its original packaging if present

Wakai Store reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not comply with the aforementioned conditions.

If the return is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days, the shipping costs will not be refunded (NB some banks have receipt times which can cause the credit to vary by 1/2 days).

It may happen that a different size is not available for the model purchased. Contact us before requesting an order change, so that we can support you.

The shipping cost is charged to the customer.
